You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us directly.

Any information stored on our websites or systems related to your inquiry or booking
Note: Payment processors (Stripe, WooCommerce Payments, banks) may retain limited transaction records for legal reasons, but we do not store your card numbers or payment credentials.
3. How We Process Deletion Requests
Once we receive your request:

We verify your identity using the information you provided.

We locate all related records in:

Drupal customer entries

Email inbox

CRM and booking systems

We delete all user-identifiable content.

We send you a confirmation email once completed.
4. Automatic Data Removal for Facebook/Instagram Users
If you used a Facebook or Instagram login or connection with our services:
You can also revoke our app’s access directly from your Meta account:
Step 1 — Go to Your Facebook Settings
Visit:
https://www.facebook.com/settings/?tab=applications
Step 2 — Select the App
Find the app connected to Apex Diversified LLC (e.g., Apex App).
Step 3 — Remove the App
Click Remove to revoke access.
This automatically triggers a data removal event for any information stored through Facebook login.
You may still email us to delete remaining information from our internal systems.
